Why don't we get more XP if we level up?

you need to join a team with hight xp to level faster

also there are a few missions that give a good experience..that might help..but don't forget your stats..

Yeah special missions especially after you have completed one whole one gives really high XP points..
i guess we can get more XP from gang attacks or villains probably..
