Uscle shows how every hero can keep fit, even during the stressful everyday life of a hero attending this week’s HeroCon. From the training plan he created, you should do as many fitness exercises as possible. You’ll get Con Points for every fitness exercise you complete.

Whenever some villain is terrifying the city, the only thing that can be done is a direct attack, to drive them off - or, ideally, defeat them. Attack villains during this week’s HeroCon and show them they’re not welcome in your city! For each villain you attack, you’ll receive Con Points. Defeating the villain will earn you bonus points.

• 5 points for each defeated villain

As part of this week’s HeroCon, the television station HeroesTV is organizing a scavenger hunt for the heroes of Humphreydale! The organizers went totally crazy and hid Schnitzels all over the city. For every Schnitzel found in missions, HeroesTV will donate a not inconsiderable amount to a charity. And you’ll get Con Points for every Schnitzel found.
