READ THE SUPPORT TICKETS SENT TO YOU.

 

im sick of sending support tickets and getting the exact same email back telling me to update my flash even though i already posted in the mail saying my flash is upto date, its pretty clear they either dont read the mails or they do but still send the same reply no matter what

Users that open tickets, are users that care so don't treat us as complainers. We give you valuable feedback, so just say thanks and look at it, and don't blame our computers, browsers etc etc.

 

And fix the server problems, it is becoming unplayable every now and then!
