I got this idea from the game "Shakes and fidget" which is a game just like this one, but with some other features, and an other design. I think it would give this game another dimension.

Raids are fights you do with your team, against a group of 25 monsters. At the end of every raid there is a strong boss monster. You can do raids as often as you want, but they cost a lot of money. Every time you successfully beat all the monsters in a raid, your team's motivation, and popularity go up by one (maybe facilities as well). When you beat a raid, you have the option to do another one, but then the monsters will be tougher, and the raid will cost more money.

what do you guys think?

Sorry but I think this game should keep its uniqueness and not copy features cause that will only make it boring. The reason people like to go to different rpg game is for something new, not some thing old. Plus keeping and trying its own new feature is what can make this game stand out rather than being a wannabe. But that's just me, and no offence was intended to the poster, who could probably be right.
Thanks for reading
