Hi there!
There indeed used to be a limit on how many coins one player was able to own. Latest direct change to this seems to have been made in November last year
Patch notes 2022-11-15 - Patch Notes - Hero Zero (herozerogame.com)
However, the released patch notes do not specify whether a new limit exists or not. I don't think there is any other information shared on this matter. Since the earlier limit was 2 to the power of 32 (bit less than 4.3 billion), there is a reason to believe that whatever the new limit is (very likely that there is one even if it was unknown at this stage), it will take quite a while before anyone reaches the said limit and shares the details of it.

the coin limit is currently 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 , so you have a ways to go lol

I've played the game for almost 10 years now... maybe in the next 10 year I'll be able to reach it lol

I'd argue that the new maximum limit will never be reached with legitimate play ever again. I'd like to be proven wrong though. I'd give at least small applause to that achievement.
