Option to talk with players that are from other servers and friend them.
This option should be avaible in the messages menu. Besides this you could friend only around 15-20 people and you can have an button to turn on/off the Global Messages as you like.
Because on some servers like UK3 there aren't many players to talk or
request batteries.
Also the game feels boring without anyone to communicate.
