Good day all,

Problem
I play HZ on my iPad 6th gen, the game runs fine for short periods but for longer periods it becomes laggy and slow then crashes, I’ve tried to restart iPad, delete and reinstall, doesn’t help…
On my Lenovo i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD laptop the browser game is just absolute trash, I don’t know if it’s my slow 20mbps internet or what🤔?

Suggestions
• Something that I think players across servers are asking for, NEW HEROCONS!!
(Herons that are more fun, I think everyone is exhausted of energy cons by now lol)
We need new, fun and exciting HEROCONS!

• Season Pass should not cost money every time there’s a new season, that’s ridiculous
Instead, when season pass has been purchased with real money once then every time after that it should have an option to purchase with real money, donuts or coins! (I think this gives everyone a fair chance)

• 2nd hand shop offers should be better ( it’s kinda difficult to get lower level items at a high level, to complete sewing machine collections)

• More difficult, more rewarding hero distress calls!

• Better donut shop offers
Forum(s) can collectively brainstorm new, fresh ideas for HZ

I have emailed support, here’s their response

“ We are very thankful and serious concerning the feedback we receive and take it into account when developing and improving the game.

However the volume and range of suggestions is at times too large to be implemented.

In order to minimize redundancies we recommend that you post opinions and suggestions in the forum so that we receive clearer input from the community as a whole.“

You can post here, they wont do anything... they haven't done anything new since the hideout update despite many players' suggestions!

perhaps if they acctualy implemented some of these suggestions the game would not be going stagnent like it is now.  So many people are leaving the game.  I wonder if this is what they want so they can shut it down?
