Level 11 of 'We need more space' heroic deed cannot be finished as 45 construction sites cannot be built.

 

I just have a suggestion to developers to have a look. My ticket to Support Center was kind of ignored.

actualy yes 45 spaces can be opened up... you cant build on them.. but they can be opened up. To be ready to be built upon... hopefully that is all that is required.
