You mean not responding via Facebook PM, Desperanza_UK? That's weird, they always respond to my PMs there.
I told them what I thought of this contant "Voucher Virus" as I call it and they told me they sent my feedback to them.
Never mind, Instagram PM, you should send them a message on FB, they will respond there. Unless you don't have FB.
