Hey everyone, I just hit upon this idea and thought of sharing it on the forum..
Well why don't we have a kind of announcement box on the team in addition to the team chatbox.. The announcement box could be used to make any casual announcement such as Happy birthday to some team member or some special day wishes.. The announcement stays till another announcement is made..Anyone in the team can make an announcement.. The rest of the team members can respond to it via the team chat.. The fact whether other teams can see the announcements is open to discussions.. Important announcements can be made through team mail to let it remain confidential.. the Announcement box would be just for casual announcements..
