It says:

• The missile "In the Night Flapping Shadow-Casts of the Clumsy Criminal Hunter" which is obtainable through the heroism mission "CSI: Big Crumble" have been added to the missile item pattern collection.
But I don't see those missiles when I check the collection. It looks like none of the missiles that are part of weapon sets are in the missile collection there are at least 6 others that could be added.
