Hello heroes,

We would like to apologise for the issues that have happened on our game. Currently, we can only promise we will do our utmost to avoid this kind of situations in the future.

Regarding the League problem, that prevented players from accessing the league/duels menu and collect its rewards, it was corrected around 2 am CEST.

When it comes to the New Year Vouchers, they have been announced on forums and on our game at midnight that they would be available between 31-12-2019 and 31-01-2020, they are now working properly too. Feel free to redeem them at the Redeem Voucher option on the account Settings:
• NEWYEAR2020a (48 hours of Heroic Sense)
• NEWYEAR2020b (7 days of 50% Mission and Skill Booster)
