Hello there,

 

since the start of the event, I have found all the hidden balls so far. Yesterday I found the fourth one and according to the game plan I should be rewarded with 5 donuts.

 

However, I did not receive any voucher or message with my reward, nor yesterday nor today. Anyone has the similar problem?

 

Nevertheless, I am going to report it preventively to the HZ Support Center. At least it may support the cases of other people did not receive their reward as well.

We too in XRated have this issue, as well as a logging in problem, we repeatedly get messages of 'unknown error' please refresh, so we do, but still cannot log in as the message repeats, do you have this issue also?
