It happens mostly in phone
After I use TV to reduce time it doesn't work sometimes
Well I can't take screenshots for this problem

It depends on many factors, I have been through that myself for a couple of times...

 

Sometimes there is no available advert for phones (adverts for PC and Mobile versions differ significantly), or your current internet connection is not fast or stable enough to download the whole advert into your phone cache, or the advert uses the obsolete/disabled plugin.

for me most videos on app are not working, wspecially when i want to get a refresh at league.

At german forum there is a topic, where they are collecting the not working videos and they get removed.

I for one have not been able to see a video in the last 3 years. Nothing i do makes them show up.
