Hello,

I'm taking the opportunity after the last update (http://forum.uk.hero...tes-2016-03-29/) to express my thoughts/opinions and complaints about the game. My name is Violetta and I'm from Greece. I play on servers uk1 (an almost inactive server) and gr9 (a very active server) for about 1,5 years.

Yesterday's update was disappointing. 69 donuts for each team booster per week! Donuts, donuts, donuts! Is this a free browser game? Not to mention the restriction that we can donate ONLY BOUGHT donuts. A few months ago, 99 donuts for the multitask function .... more donuts! Everything which can strengthen our accounts requires the use of donuts.  Advertising that the game is free is wrong.

When we spend 1-5 hours per day playing the game, the coins version for boosters are just not enough for a reasonable ranking and the donut versions are way too expensive for a free browser game. You are discouraging players to continue playing the game and of course new players just can’t start playing under the circumstances. As I mentioned before I play on uk1 server which is almost inactive, my estimation is that about 100 accounts are active. Do you really believe these team boosters are needed for this server? For what? Actually the whole server needs a boost to come alive and not a “kick” from the people responsible of the game to extinguish the server completely.

I understand that thousands of people (mainly children) worldwide play herozero. Children are very competitive and won’t think twice to spend their pocket money on donuts for a free game. I guess your target group is the children’s pocket money which is also very disappointing.

Re-examining the price or donuts for each function in the game should be considered by Herozero owners. Things are just too expensive for a FREE game.

While I am not an 'official;' representative of the company, and thus cannot speak for them, it is my opinion that boosters, whether of the personal or team variety, are not a requirement of play... they are extras.

A company that provides a free product, such as the game, must still make enough income to at least pay for their employees and facilities, and is therefore justified in charging for 'extras' which are not strictly required for gameplay.  While we, as players may take exception with the amount, it is entirely reasonable for them to do so.

As a forum moderator, I will gladly pass along your suggestion of a reduction of the cost in donuts of the services, I must admonish everyone to be careful about statements made about the company, it's practices, and it's employees.

Again, thank you for your suggestion... it will be forwarded to those who may best evaluate and possibly implement it...

Good morning :-)

The company has sponsors and advertisments (the tv) too. Pricing the extras ceiling top is ..... well I can't say the word but you got the picture ;-).

No offense intended to the employees of the company.

Your statement shocks me this game has free to play written all over it.

If you play smart enough you can earn loads of doughnuts for FREE :)
