I don't seem to have access to the TV ads that reduce mission time up to 50%.
Is there anything i can do to repair it?

this has happened to me before all you have to do is refresh the page or log out and in again if that doesnt work nothing will

There is nothing wrong with using Hero Zero graphics in the forum as long as no copyright laws are broken. Hero Zero staff and Mods are clearly distinguished from other members, and there should not be any confusion. Since when do you speak on behalf of Playata Chip? If you want to advise other members please make sure to add you only speak from personal opinion, as you do not have the authority to make statements as the one above. Cheers

often it is your own antivirus that stops it.  You might have to add an exception to your list.  I know i did.
