Q: Why should I register?

A: Although user registration is not necessary in order to read posts and review member profiles, some functions of this Forum are restricted to the registered members only. Those functions include the following:

- Reply to posts.

- The Ignore List.

- The Forum Friend List.

- Ability to start new threads.

- Send private messages to other forum members.
- Start new polls, and participate in the existing ones.
- Set up a member account allowing other users to rate your forum performance, or follow your content

(you can also see who your latest visitors were)

Q: How do I register on the Forum?

A: Registration is free, however you must agree to certain rules before registering.

During this process, you will also need to choose a username and enter a valid email address. 

You will then receive an email with information on how to complete the registration process.

Q: What do I do if I have forgotten my password? 

A: If you have forgotten your forum password, click on the "I've forgotten my password" link when required to log in. The link will take you to a page, where you need to enter the account name or email address you registered with. You will then receive an email with further instructions and a link allowing you to complete the process.

Q: How can I modify my Forum Profile?

A: By clicking on your profile menu in the right upper corner, you will be able to choose from several options, including the Settings. Here you can edit your personal information, change your displayed photo, create a signature, and manage your preferences and notifications.

Q: What is the Signature for?

A: Once you are registered, you can make your own personalized signature, which will display at the end of your posts - it can either be a piece of text, graphics, or both depending on your preference. You are able to create or edit your signature in your profile settings.

Q: What are the friend and ignore Lists?

A: The Friend List allows you to access your friends profiles quicker. You can also check whether they are available by navigating the mouse over their name. This solution saves you the hustle of having to navigate through the general member list.

The Ignore List allows you to hide post, signatures or messages of other members that you do not wish to see.

This can vary depending on your choice.

Q: What are Private Messages?

A: Also known as PM, Private Messages have a similar function to emails, with the exception the apply to forum members only. The Messenger itself has various, user friendly options, such as:
 

- It allows you to send a private message to other members,

or start a discussion in which up to five members can participate at one time.

 

- Provides storage for new, open, and saved messages.

This again is similar to your standard email options, although the folders can be edited at will.

 

- Stores up to 50 messages -

the very useful progress bar allows you to see what percentage of your quota has already been used.

 

- Allows you to track your message progress - by turning the Notifications on, you can view whether or not the recipient has read your message, along with details such as time and date this has occurred.

This applies to all members participating in the conversation, including yourself.

 

- Other functions such as the search button or filters are available,

enabling an easy navigation through your conversations.

Q: How do I search in the forum?

A: You can search for a username or specific keywords, in the whole posts or just the subjects. This can also be done by specific dates or forums. To use this function click on the "Search" window in the top right corner of every page. You can also use the "Advanced Search" to specify your search preferences.

Q: What is the Member List used for?

A: It contains a complete list of all the registered members of this forum.

You can either sort it by Member Name, Post Count, or Join Date.

Here you can add members to your Friend List, send them a PM, or find their content. Advanced filter options are also available.

Q: How can I start new polls and participate in them?

A: This function allows you to ask a question, and indicate a few possible answers, which can be voted for by other members. The results of this will be shown in the thread.

For example a poll could be:

What are your favorite stats?

1) Strength
2) Stamina
3) Brain
4) Intuition

To add a poll when posting a new thread, press the "Manage Topic Poll" button on the right hand side. This will allow you to title your poll, indicate a question and a list of answers the members can choose from, as well as make the votes public. Up to two questions can be asked in one poll, providing twenty choices each.

 

To participate in a poll, select the answer(s) for which you would like to vote and press the "vote!" button. Your answer will be added to the total percentage of the general results.

Q: How can I rate other Members?

A: Your rating is based on your appreciation of a chosen member. You can either rate their full profile by assigning stars (1-5), or their content by "liking" their individual posts.

Q: How do I make my character as a profile picture?

 

A: You guys, click the top right of the arrow next to your forum name and go to "My Settings".

There you scroll all the way down to character, adjusts the final real world, add the name of your team, your character and click "Save Changes" button. Then the profile picture of your chars is set automatically.

Q: How do I change my name in the forum?

 

A: A change of name is not possible. In exceptional cases, for important reasons (!) the support can change the name.

But it must have been a vital reason or a rule violation are present.

Q: How to make a Team Thread?

 

A: You can create a thread for your team to search members and to keep the state of your team to date.

 

To do this you go in the forum in the Hall of teams, find the right world (server) and click there "New Topic" to.
The title of the thread should include the name of your team. 

The structure of the thread should tell you everything important about your team, what need to know other players.
Pay attention please also forward only to create a team thread, and not constantly new.

Q: How can I close a thread ?

 

A: A thread can only be closed by moderators. Would you like a thread started by you suggest, please send a message/report to moderators with the link to the thread (as well as a brief explanation). Should be closed you think a thread that was not created by you, you can use either their signaling function, or also make the moderators via PM to the thread carefully. Decides the moderator that the closure is useful, the contribution will be closed.

Q: How do I become a moderator?

 

A: When our team will need new moderators, it will be written here. Then when you will see the new "application to the support team" thread, you will just have to fill out the form and wait for an answer from our support team.
