Hi there,
I accidentally buy more donuts that I want and I wanna cancel the payment. What can I do? Who can I turn with this request to?

By what method was payment made? (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, check by phone, etc.)
Perhaps they can assist you where we cannot.
By this time, it is unlikely, but may be possible.
Do you purchase donuts frequently or on a regular schedule? if so, it may be more cost-effective to retain the donuts you've already purchased, and delay or reduce your next intended purchase until those have been used.
