Hello dear CABLEGUY,

 

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and a large amount of our players globally. In the first, original and official topic we posted announcing the contest along with the rules and prizes, and so forth; We never defined the specific details of the boosters, how expensive (or what stage they were to be, stage1 (which is 10%), 2 (25%) or 3 (50%).

 

This announcement (Part 2) tells you what to do in case of serious problems, issues or opinions regarding this contest and its outcome, the small delay of the prize crediting and such thing. Here on the forum you'll get all the news, up to date, this post being an example and a testament to that, but if you feel it doesn't do you justice and demand an official statement from us, you will have to open a ticket to which you will be given an appropriate response directly from one our administrators.

 

Once again, we apologise for not being more clear when stating the prizes and the details of them and will most definitely be more strict when we announce the next contest(s) here on the forums. And as mentioned earlier, open a ticket if you feel my answers here are inadequate in some or any way.
