Problem after new patch 7.4.2015

Hello, I have a problem with my login actually. 

Yesterday was all ok. I was playing game with my Facebook account.

So i haeven´t any password. I don´t know password. 

But today after new patch want the game some password .

On my mobilfone is all ok, but on PC is a problem. 

I cannot login now on PC. :-(

Please go to http://support.heroz...tLanguage=en_GB (Game support),

and open a ticket, where you clearly describe your problem preferrably with a screenshot if possible,

and all account data like account name and server.

I have the same problem like Davido...

I was playing this game from my facebook account and it was ok , but today I cant log in ... in the front page says : Create your hero now!  
after a few tries I loged in to my sister account 'haimara' , than I searched in Heroes Ranking List to see my account, but there wrote : there is no player with this name... also I cant see my account on weekly honor tour , I was second place with +6000  honor ... I can see my account only in my team ' Batman INC'...
my name is 'dHiMiTeR' , lvl '256' , and I am advisor on
 this team 'Batman INC'
...pls help me to solve this problem

Which UK server do you use?  you might want so send in a ticket to game support, though if you only entered through Facebook, and never unbound your account, it may be unrecoverable.

 

 

 

We urge all players that are able to unbind your account from Facebook, and provide a direct email address for recovery purposes...

 

Google, Yahoo and most local ISPs will provide free email accounts...

 

not only do you get a better rate on donuts (premium currency) through the direct site, but it enables us in support better access if your account needs service or reset...

I play on UK2 server , I want to send a ticket to game support but I cant , .... it shows this

Did you try the direct UK link Unnie posted above, or only the game support link?

Remember not to disclose any information from the tickets, since it is prohibited - strictly prohibited.

But, the fact that your're not visible via someone else's account in the ranking does not mean you have been deleted. Deletings of chars don't happen automatically or by accident.

 

Just contact support, and do as they say, and the problem will get solved.
