So I was thinking, and one thing that could be extremely useful for team leaders, would be to give us a menu where we can define what actions advisors can take. Just a pop-up menu for the team leader to open, with different boxes to tick for different "tasks", like whether advisors are allowed to:
* Expand
* Remove members
* Change invite settings (level/honor limits)
* Change the "Looking for members/Enough members" setting
* Edit team description
* Edit team notes
* Set gang fights
* Set team fights (attack)
* Load melons
* Change settings on the "melon menu" (which fights they are used for)
* Change "strategy and tactics" settings
...and whatever other actions/tasks there currently are, so the team leader can choose which of those things advisors can do.
There could be a menu that controls the tasks for all advisors at once, or preferably a menu for each advisor separately, so the leader can trust different advisors with different tasks.
If it was possible to change the task settings for each advisor separately, my suggestion is that you could either access it from their regular member settings, or possibly give us a pop-up menu similar to our sidekick menus where we can view each advisor's settings separately. Advisors are kinda like the leader's sidekicks after all. 
I know this could cause tyranny in some teams, but in the end I think it would be a good thing to have. My intention with this suggestion is not to give power-hungry people total control over their teams, but honestly I think if and when those type of people end up leading a team, those teams wouldn't succeed or remain popular for long anyway. But for good, honest team leaders this could be useful when it comes to team strategy. Also, especially if this option was available for each advisor separately, it would lessen certain risks and trust issues when promoting new advisors. Especially for those that have spent real money on their team it could be comforting to know that they can trust them little bit at a time.
