Just like you have notes which are viewable by all team members.
It would be helpful to have a section that can be written and edited like notes but only viewable by Leader/Advisors.

Agree, it's a good idea! but It should contain more opinions from members (if we want this suggestion to be effective).

Good idea! Some people would wanna give some rules only for advisors for example: who and what does .
